Changes password for a user on RStudio container

RStudio has users based on unix user accounts

gce_rstudio_password(instance, username, password, container = "rstudio")

Arguments

instance	An instance with RStudio installed via gce_vm_template
username	The user to change the password for
password	The user password
container	The rstudio container to add the user to
